This agreement covers the Despace desktop apps you install on your computer or tablet.

1. What you may do
We give you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use the apps for as long as you have an active plan.
- Install on the devices allowed by your plan
- Make backup copies for your own use
- Use the apps for personal, school or business work
2. What you may not do
- Copy, sell or sublicense the software
- Remove notices from the software
- Use it in a way that breaks the law or the Terms of Use
3. Updates
We may update the apps to fix problems and add features. Some updates install automatically.
4. Ownership
Despace and its licensors own the software. Your files remain yours.
5. Ending the license
The license ends when your plan ends or if you break this agreement. After that you must stop using the apps.
