Subscription and Cancellation Terms

These terms explain how paid plans, introductory prices, free trials and cancellations work.

1. Plans and renewal

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The plan page shows the price, billing period and what is included.

2. Introductory prices

Some plans have a lower price for the first year. This price is for new subscribers only. After the first year the regular price applies, and we tell you before it changes.

3. Free trials

A trial lasts 7 days. If you do not cancel before it ends, your plan starts and you are charged. We email you two days before the trial ends.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Refunds

Cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, payments are not refundable except where the law says otherwise.

6. Taxes

Prices include GST where shown. Other taxes are calculated at checkout.
